SHIPPING

All orders both U.S. and international are shipped via USPS on Wednesdays and Fridays. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number, if available through the Postal Service. US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and do not include tracking.

RETURNS

Only apparel returns are accepted, and must be within 30 days of shipment. To issue a return, please notify by emailing us here. We'll send you all the official stuff to get you sorted out.

EXCHANGES

For an exchange, email us, ship it back to us, and we won't charge you to ship out a new one... we're not Amazon, but we'll do what we can. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

All orders are packaged with care, but sometimes they can get roughed up pretty bad in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you will need to file a claim with USPS here. If your order was damaged from an apparent packing issue, take photos and follow the instructions in the "Returns" section of the policies page.
